Dr. Watson has been practicing in Morro Bay since 1989. He moved to this area from Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He originally came to California to pursue a career in music after graduating from the University of Michigan where he majored in trumpet performance. After suffering a low back injury and finding relief from a Chiropractic Doctor, he decided to make a career change. He graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic of Los Angeles in 1989. Constantly striving to give his patients the most up-to-date care possible, Dr. Watson is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, Licensed Qualified Medical Evaluator for the state of California, and a Certified Wellness Practitioner. He is currently working on a certification in Functional Medicine to further help his patients with all their needs. Professionally, Dr. Watson is a member of the California Chiropractic Association, Chamber of Commerce, Foundation for Wellness Professionals, and the International Chiropractic Association. 

 Dr. Watson has always enjoyed sports and martial arts. He likes weight lifting, water skiing, wakeboarding, horseback riding, and lake days with his awesome office staff.

Dr. Silveira was Dr. Watson’s assistant from 2010 until 2017, when she left for chiropractic school.  She is trained in all the same core techniques as Dr. Watson, Dr. James and Dr. Jenna, and has received additional training in Activator method.  While in school, she developed a special interest in geriatric care and gentle adjusting for more fragile bodies.  She is also currently completing an additional three year diplomate program as a chiropractic internist, which gives a broader perspective into functional medicine. She looks forward to working with the patients she already knows and loves, as well as serving the rest of her hometown community! 

Dr. Silveira enjoys being in the sunshine in any capacity, hanging out with her family and friends, and pretending like she'll have time to travel one day. 

Diane is a specially trained chiropractic assistant and office manager. She is certified in Chiropractic Wellness and Nutrition so she could help patients with their nutritional needs while her husband corrected their structural problems.  Diane loves living on the central coast and is thankful to have been able to raise their two children and 3 grandchildren in this beautiful environment.  Riding horses and walking are a few of her favorite activities.

Margaret joined the Watson Wellness Team in January of 2019. Being raised in a family that used a holistic approach to wellness exposed her to chiropractic at a young age. Margaret is also interested in nutrition and completed a certificate program in 2019 to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy practitioner. Margaret loves talking to the Watson patients while performing her doctor assistant duties around the office. Margaret feels at home on the Central Coast even though she moved from Newfoundland in eastern Canada in 2013. Most weekends you will find her and her husband running trails, playing with their chickens, or BBQing with friends and family.
