Facility
The
office is located closest to the south entrance in the One Preston Park
office building at 2301 Ohio Dr in Plano, TX, one block east and
slightly north of the intersection of Preston and Park. We
are proud to provide a comfortable, friendly office environment for your
treatment. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our
office as all patients are welcomed as if they were family. The elevator
is at the south entrance of the building with the awning if it is
required.

Normal office hours are as follows:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:00-6:00
Wednesday: 11:00-6:00
Thursday: 10:00-6:00
Friday: 11:00-3:00
Saturday 9:00-1:00
To schedule a visit please contact our office by phone, text or email. Office visits are by appointment only, and every effort will be made to accommodate same day appointment requests. No walk-ins are accepted in order to honor the time of all involved.

Chiropractic is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. In order to help you afford the treatment
you need and want, prices have been reasonably set to help those out of network or without insurance. Forms of payment accepted by the office are
check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If
you are unable to keep an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. This is important as that space can go to someone else who is in pain. A missed appointment fee will be charged appointments are missed repeatedly without sufficient
notice.
