Dr. Kim has had experiences with weight training for over 20 years.  He applies his own knowledge and experiences to patients to strengthen the core muscles in order to prevent future recurrence.  The application of correct joint movement with proper muscle strengthening exercise routines are one of Dr Kim’s unique training method.  Dr. Kim has helped conditioned with disc herniation, sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, tingling and numbness and neck & back pain with his core strengthening exercises.

The goal at SpinceCore Chiropractic is to create:

 - Correction through chiropractic spinal adjustments from x-ray findings and examination.
 - Restoration through consistent spinal adjustments and core strengthening exercise.
 - Increase joint and muscle flexibility through proper and correct stretching exercise.
 - Strengthen the joints and muscles through various core strengthening exercises.
