The Thrill of Victory, the Agony of Defeat...

For all of those die hard Jets fans out there who are out of their minds, my heart goes out to you. I have NY roots and feel for you all. Imagine- they finally get their quarterback savior and less than 10 minutes into the first game of the season he is out with an injury. Later it was announced that the QB tore his Achilles Tendon and will be out for the year.

What is the moral of this story? "One never knows what may happen."

Lots of things we can't control and other things we can control- at least we can do preventative things to monitor our health.

So please go and get the check ups that you need including dental, physical, Colonoscopy, etc. etc. and GET ADUSTED!!!

Our bodies are amazing machines but they need our assistance in staying healthy because you just never know...

The thrill of victory will always be better then the agony of defeat in anything you do.

Feel good, get in touch with the office with any questions you have and stay healthy.

Yours in good health,

Dr. Ray and Staff
