FICC Letter to members 2021
Dear Fellows,
The Directors of the International College of Chiropractors wish each of you and your families a Happy and Healthy New Year. 2020 was a challenging year in many respects, but it appears the chiropractic profession has continued to flourish in the midst of the pandemic.
As a result of ACA Engage being virtual this year, the College has decided not to hold an annual meeting. We look forward to continuing our tradition in 2022 if feasible.
The College has remained engaged with the profession in 2020 by making a $5,000 donation to the World Federation of Chiropractic for the development and hosting of a global chiropractic app. The app is being designed to, among other things, create global awareness of chiropractic and strengthen engagement with the profession.
According to Richard Brown, DC, LL.M, Secretary-General of the WFC, their app will “make it easier for chiropractors to get information quickly, stay up to date and keep connected with the profession world-wide. “
This past year the College began sending annual dues notices electronically through Quick Books. Most of you were kind enough to supply your email address and we thank you. If for some reason you did not receive correspondence from us last year please contact us through our website, www.ficconline.com.
We invite each of you to visit our website regularly and help us keep current with address changes, email addresses and deaths of any members in your state. And thank you all for your continued support. If you know a colleague deserving of recognition through the International College, please provide a nomination through our web portal.
