Going
to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many of you. Maybe you've
heard through a friend or have done some research online. It's possible
that you are just fed up with living in pain and you know that taking medication does nothing more than mask the symptoms, so it's time to do
something about it. Your first visit to me is really about getting to know me and discussing
your history, current condition and goals.
Your visit visit to my office will be scheduled for 45 minutes which will include a full
consultation and adjustment. You will begin with filling out new
patient paper work including: your general health history, major
concerns, consent for treatment, and your insurance information if you
would like us to submit a claim for you. Upon meeting with me,
you'll discuss your concerns and expectations as well as have the chance
to ask any questions you may have regarding your healthy and our
practice. We will then perform a physical examination.
Once this is complete, we'll take a look at the overall results of our
conversation and the exams. Together, we'll come up with a plan of
action.
