Personal Coaching Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High Intensity, Short-Burst training (exercising vigorously for 30-60 secs followed by a few seconds of recovery, then repeated several times) helps combat many diseases including heart disease and cancer. HIIT exercise has been proven to expand lung capacity and increase cardiovascular health while increasing strength, muscle tone, and flexibility.
