Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jeff Becco is the owner of Peak Integrated Healthcare / Becco Chiropractic Office, PC. He is a native of Colorado and has lived and practiced in Colorado Springs for over 26 years. Dr. Jeff attended Colorado State University- Pueblo for his undergraduate education. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1994 graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He received his post graduate certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician from Northwestern University in 2004. He has been a team Chiropractic physician for one of the local College hockey teams and he has treated numerous college and professional athletes over the past 26 years. Dr. Jeff keeps current on the latest advancements in the Chiropractic profession by attending numerous seminars and lectures every year in order to provide the best care possible to his patients. He uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain, neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Jeff takes a 'whole person' approach in Chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column. Dr. Jeff is a provider for all Auto Insurance companies, Work Comp, Medicare, and most Health Insurance companies including Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Cofinity. His hobbies include golf, basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his family

Dr. Ortega, D.C. grew up in the southeastern town of Rocky Ford, Colorado.  He has always had a passion for helping people, so it was only fitting that he chose a career in Chiropractic.  In 2010, Dr. Ortega graduated from Parker Chiropractic in Dallas, TX.  Shortly after Graduating, Dr. Ortega moved back to Colorado where he purchased a practice in his home town.  He has spent time working with athletes of the surrounding high schools including the Rocky Ford High School football team and wrestling programs.  His love for chiropractic care brought him to Colorado Springs to expand upon his experiences.  Dr. Ortega is currently splitting time between his office in Rocky Ford and Becco Chiropractic.  When Dr. Ortega is not Working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and exploring all that Colorado has to Offer.

Dr. Nick was born and raised in Oil City, PA. He grew up with two brothers where competition to be the best drove them all to pursue physically and academically challenging lives. In high school he played football and baseball. After high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served for four years, two of which were served overseas. 

Upon returning home from his military service, Dr. Nick attended The Pennsylvania State University where he studied geology. He then attended New York Chiropractic College where he received his Bachelor of Professional Studies with a concentration in the Life Sciences and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. 
During his time at New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Nick learned that every person’s goals to health are different and that a patient-centered approach to care leads the greatest results and highest levels of satisfaction. 

Dr. Nick has been certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, passing the board exams for parts I, II, II, IV and Physiotherapy. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association where he has access to the most up to date chiropractic research in order to provide his patients with the highest quality of chiropractic care available. 

Dr. Nick spends much of his down time outdoors where he enjoys hunting, hiking, and skiing. He also enjoys cooking and constantly practices and lives a healthy-stress free lifestyle.
