Dr. David Heiden
Dr. Dave grew up in the Onalaska and Holmen area. His undergraduate study was done at UW- La Crosse during which time he fell in love with the La Crosse/Onalaska area. He attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. For 11 years Dr. Heiden has run Trempealeau Family Chiropractic in Trempealeau WI and has recently taken over Generations.
Dr. Dave is married to Kirah and they have daughters, Chloe, Olivia and Chelsea. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing / exercising, reading and spending time outdoors.
Deb – Office Manager
Deb has worked in the medical field for 25 years. Her job responsibilities have included insurance, billing and customer relations. She has attended many seminars in regard to collections, customer service, billing and medical software.
Deb enjoys getting to know our patients and their families. She wants all patients to have a positive experience with the chiropractic care they receive from Generations Chiropractic and Wellness.Deb and her husband Gary live in Holmen, WI. They have four grown children.
Kirah Heiden – Massage Therapist
Kirah has over 12 years of massage expierence. She is trained in deep tissue, sweedish massage, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage.
