Wellness Exercise


Our Wellness Classes will be a series of classes based on mind, body and energy healing. Our Serenity Class and our Stamina Class are two of our Wellness classes that focus on the body and its energy.

Serenity Class

Stamina Class

Stamina is vital for staying active throughout the day, both physically and mentally, without fatigue. This theme is focused on boosting energy levels and stamina.

Serene yoga is a class that promotes the sense of serenity through smooth flows of yoga poses.
