Born and raised in Missouri, Dr. Felicity Keough-Bligh graduated from St. Charles High School before continuing on to the Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. In 2009, Keough Chiropractic was born with a focus on addressing patient needs naturally and holistically to prevent future problems from developing. Drawing on inspiration from her grandparents who were both Doctors of Chiropractic, Dr. Keough is committed to providing quality care and service to the people of St. Charles to ensure that they achieve better health and wellness..
Treating a myriad of conditions, the doctors and the friendly team specialize in patients that suffer from lower back pain, sciatica, headaches, neck pain, knee pain, round ligament pain, and public symphysis pain. The doctors are uniquely qualified to treat pediatric and pregnant patients through advanced training from the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. Treatments offered vary from one patient to the next and are always crafted to each patient's individual needs and symptoms. With that said, we specialize in both manual and instrument chiropractic adjustments, decompression therapy, knee traction, cranial adjusting for infants, and the Webster technique for pregnancy that uses a gentle adjustment to better align the pelvis and release the soft tissue of nearby muscles to ensure proper functioning during pregnancy. Dr. Felicity Keough-BlighChiropractor
Dr. Felicity Keough-Bligh is a St. Louis native and spent her time growing up in St. Charles, MO. Upon graduating from St. Charles High School she realized she had a passion for creating health and wellness in the body. She strives to understand why the body becomes sick, diseased and injured, and how to address these issues naturally and to prevent future problems.
It Runs in the Family
Her grandparents, Drs. Joseph and Belle Keough, are a HUGE inspiration for her. Through their practice of Chiropractic, they have helped people attain higher quality of life in St. Charles for over 55 years.Training and Learning Chiropractic
After three years of intense pre-chiropractic studies, she began her matriculation at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. While at Logan, Dr. Keough was involved in the latest pediatric sports rehabilitation techniques. She also completed over 300 hours of training, where she learned techniques to help with the treatment of pediatric and pregnant patients and was fortunate to see a variety of cases.She underwent many hours of study with the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association learning how to treat children and pregnant mothers. She understands that pregnancy is an important time in a woman’s life. The need for a fully functioning body is crucial to a mother and her developing baby’s health, as well as labor and delivery without complications. She has helped many women achieve their goals of natural birth, VBAC and overall comfort during pregnancy.
In addition, Dr. Keough has spent many hours of study dedicated to Functional Medicine using laboratory testing and analysis, hormonal testing, advanced allergy testing and weight management. She believes that addressing core issues related to weight gain (diet, toxicity and hormonal imbalance) is key to regaining and optimizing the health of her patients.

Michelle Mashinter
Dr. Mashinter was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. She graduated with honors from the University of Windsor with a Bachelors of Human Kinetics, majoring in Movement Science. Upon graduation Dr. Mashinter pursued her lifelong dream of helping people and enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Mashinter has since graduate Summa Cum Laude after a 4-year intensive program as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Throughout her time at Logan Dr. Mashinter completed over 300 hours of training under Dr. Keough, where she learned techniques to help with the treatment of pediatric and pregnant patients. Dr Mashinter is an active member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and has helped many women achieve their goals of natural birth, VBAC (vaginal birth after C-section) and overall comfort during pregnancy.
She specializes in Diversified, SOT (sacral occipital technique), Thompson, Webster technique, Basic technique, as well as Craniopathy.
Dr Mashinter is very passionate about treating kids and has seen positive results in behavioral issues, lack of sleep, teething, irritability, colic, reflux, constipation, ear infections, and plagiocephaly by the use of pediatric specific adjusting techniques to correct underlying structural issues affecting the nervous system.
