My Chiropractic Story

After years of youth sports, injuries, falls, accidents, and serving in the Air Force for 5 years I was in constant pain and had headaches all the time. It was a challenge to get out of bed in the mornings because my low back was in such bad shape. It became a common thing for me to bend down to pick something up and I would get a sharp, shooting pain in my low back and down my legs and I would just fall over. For 15 years I would consistently get headaches for a week at a time, and then I started getting debilitating migraines 1-2 times per month. I just figured that everyone had back pain and it was something I had to deal with. Then one fateful day when things were at their worst, a very close friend suggested to me to go see his chiropractor. I had never considered going to see a chiropractor and didn't know what it was all about. I figured I had nothing to lose and I went in to see the chiropractor. Two things happened in that first month of care. First, my low back had felt better than it had since I was a teenager. Second, I started noticing other things improving. I was sleeping better, I had more energy, my sinuses weren't congested and would drain normally, I could breathe better, and I no longer got headaches or migraines at all! I couldn't believe how amazing I felt and I just went in to get help with my low back pain. After seeing what chiropractic did for me, I knew that was what I had to do. I wanted to help people and have a positive effect on their quality of life, just as my chiropractor had done for me.
