Monday: 9:00 am- 11:00 am, 2:00 pm -6:00 pm (New patient availability at 11 am at 1 pm)
Tuesday: 7:15 am -11 am (New patient availability at 11 am)
Wednesday: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (New patient availability at 1 pm)
Thursday:  7:15 am - 11:00 am (New patient availability at 11 am)
Friday: 9:00 am - 12:pm (No Patient Hours/Staff Administration)
Saturday: 7:00 am- 10:30 am
Sunday: CLOSED

 

Office Hour changes:

We are CLOSED on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 23 and will reopen Saturday, November 25.

We will be CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26 and will be back in the office on Wednesday, December 27.  

KID'S DAY is Thursday, December 28.

Our office participates in the following insurances:  Blue Cross BlueShield, Empire, Aetna, Unitedhealthcare & Medicare.  We also accept new No Fault and Worker's Compensation.

Having insurance is NOT a guarantee of payment for services to our office.   Your chiropractic services will be billed to your insurance, and they make the final determination of coverage and payment to our office. 

  

ATTENTION PATIENTS...

If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, we require 24-hour's notice.  If you no show to your visit, your account WILL be charged a $35.00 fee. (includes Cash Pay, Worker's Comp, No Fault, Medicare & Private Insurance patients)  This fee will not be billed to your insurance company.  We understand that issues arise at the last minute, and we would appreciate a telephone call or text to cancel your appointment as soon as possible if a last-minute issue arises and you cannot give us 24-hours notice. Same day call in appointments will be squeezed in and you may have to wait additional time, as our office is squeezing you in our schedule.  If you same-day call in and no show or cancel, you WILL be charged the same $35 fee as detailed above.
