Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Dr. Chari is an out of network provider for Insurance companies. We will provide you a Superbill that you can provide to your PPO Insurance company for reimbursement based on your policy for out of network providers.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. A fee may be charged for a no show or late cancellation.
