Hi! I’m Diana, the front desk receptionist as well as the administrative CA (Chiropractic Assistant). My responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments and typing narrative reports to attorneys. It’s been nearly seven years since my initial interview and I can honestly say I love coming to work each day!
I’ve always loved working in the health field. I particularly enjoy working in a natural, hands-on profession where the emphasis is on finding the cause of the problem rather than covering the symptoms with pain medication. I also enjoy interacting with people, and I love the caring, family atmosphere of our center.
Each day, I’m excited by the positive feedback from our patients on how well they feel now compared to when they first came in and how the doctor has “miracle hands”. I know this to be true from my own personal treatment but also from the many friends and family members I’ve referred here in the past!
I think our patients are amazing. They do everything from compete in the roller derby to design department store floor plans. We have moms, triathletes, grandparents, babies, telephone operators, horse trainers, scientists, hockey coaches, teachers, policemen, musicians…you name it! I really feel like I get to be a better person because I help so many interesting people!
I graduated from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge in 2002.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I had graduated from Framingham State College in 1983 with a BS in biology and spent the next 15 years working as a medical technologist in area hospitals. It was during that time that I suffered an injury to my neck and was referred for massage therapy and also to Dr. Archambault for chiropractic care. It literally changed my life! Never an advocate of symptom-masking medication, I loved the idea of achieving wellness through hands on therapy. Within a few weeks I was well again.
Shortly thereafter, I decided to pursue a career in the field of massage therapy. I have practiced in my home town of Arlington for 9 years and I love it!
As a massage therapist, I am fully aware of the importance of the natural healing that takes place during chiropractic care and massage therapy. Three years ago, I was pleased to be able to move my practice to the Archambault Chiropractic and Wellness Center. This has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge of neuromuscular conditions and their treatment. Further, what excites me most about working in this office is the collaboration between Dr. Archambault and myself, which results in superior care for his patients and my clients.
I feel fortunate to be a part of such a caring health care facility – I love it here and so will you!

As the front desk receptionist with Archambault Chiropractic and wellness center, I'm delighted to join the team here in Arlington. Before coming to work with Dr. Archambault I graduated with a Masters and Postgraduate Diploma from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee in voice and opera. As a musician, Chiropractic care has been a part of my own personal wellness routine for well over a decade. It has changed my life in so many quantifiable ways and I'm thrilled to be part of a team that makes this kind of care available to so many wonderful patients.
