Joanne Querroz

As a former Chiropractic Assistant, I began working for my parents, Dr. Fred Cochran and Dr. Peggy Sherman (both Chiropractors), in 1990.  I left my job in the front office and opened my own chiropractic billing service in 1997, which allowed me to work from home while raising my two children.  It also allowed me to focus on the part of the front desk job that I most enjoyed, the insurance billing.

My children are now 11 and 14, and I have two part-time staff members happily working at our office location in the Rivertown district of Antioch, California, just 45 minutes east of San Francisco.  As this business was originally started as a means to continue working and raise a family at the same time, I have naturally attracted the same in my staff.  We are all part-time moms working during school hours and dedicating the rest of our time to our families.

My goals for you are to provide the best care in service of your billing to get your claims paid and assist you in any manner pertaining to your claim, efficiently, effectively, promptly and courteously!
